• Asics Gel Nimbus 11 General Info:

The Nimbus 11 is 2009’s update for Asics’ top cushioning shoe. It comes with a 5$ retail price increase vs. the Nimbus 10 and with a slight weight reduction.

Other changes include the total re-design of the upper, where less synthetic material and more open mesh is used – especially in the toebox – change that should make the shoe more breathable and comfortable. A few other changes are the use of memory foam on the tongue and improvements to the heel counter.
The Nimbus 11 will be using a new, gender-engineered midsole that will account for most of the weight loss of the shoe.
