Summary

The Asics DynaFlyte 3 Lite-Show is an updated version of the DynaFlyte 3. The difference between the two shoes are the fluorescent and reflective elements on the DynaFlyte 3 Lite-Show. The reflective elements allow for better visibility when running because they use 3M LITE SHOW material that wraps all the way around the shoe. As soon as light hits it, the stripes, logo, and heel and gets pretty bright. This shoe is one of Asics most lightweight shoe and is designed for midfoot strikers. It is also designed to accommodate more foot types than the Roadhawk FF2.

FlyteFoam Lyte midsole runs the full-length of the shoe. Expect the midsole to be somewhat firmer than the DynaFlyte 1 and 2. The midsole also includes FlyteFoam Propel to give you aid in your toe-off.

The DynaFlyte 3 Lite-Show has GEL in the heel for a responsive ride and extra cushioning. You will be able to run at faster speeds without worrying about bottoming out. When it comes to the outsole, it is strong and durable as the rubber goes all the way across the bottom. One difference is the Trusstic System has been taken out to make for a lighter shoe.

The upper is breathable with Adapt Mesh 2.0 technology. The Asics logo on the upper helps reinforce the top from the midsole and through the lacing system. The forefoot has ample room in the shoe and the heel counter is deep to lock the feet in place and provide stability.

Who is it for?

The Asics DynaFlyte 3 Lite-Show is similar to the DynaFlyte 3 except this shoe has reflective and fluorescent elements that brighten when the light hits them. This is perfect for those who want to run during lowlight hours or want to make themselves more visible during a run. The shoes can handle fast runners at any distance and are made for neutral pronators.
