We are looking for a person to help us coordinate all the operations for the testing and reviewing of running shoes.

The position is remote (you work from home) and part-time (very little time to start with).

To start, the Product Review Coordinator will work on helping us source, distribute and publish reviews for running shoes of the FALL/HOLIDAY 2015 season.

• connect with the running shoes companies to gather the list of running shoes that will be released
• connect with our team of reviewers, making sure each test shoe gets to the right reviewer, keeping into account running style, past history of reviews and time availability
• ensure shipment/receiving of the running shoes
• keep our databases up to date with all the statuses, track your progress daily
• gather the reviews, send them to our assistant so that she can enter them on the site
• once the reviews are on the site, proof-read them, add the relevant tags for social media and SEO then publish them

This is the core of the job and we will help you in every step to make sure that you can complete it correctly and in time.

Going forward, this person will be involved in many more activities, from helping manage social media, writing articles, researching the industry, promoting the site – eventually even becoming an editor.

What we are looking for

• you are a runner
• you are knowledgeable about running shoes (and maybe a bit obsessed)
• you are familiar with the internet
• you are organized, precise and reliable
• you have approximately two hours a day to dedicate to this project
• you know WordPress, basic HTML and are willing to learn new tools
• you live in USA (in the future you might need to receive/send products)

This position will expand as much as the right candidate will be able to take on board successfully. Our desire is to find somebody that can master this task and grow to become a key member of the team.
