I would recommend the Asics Flux to beginner runners and mild overpronators.

Asics gambles with a total overhaul of its long standing performance stability shoe and ends up with a seriously improved product.

Asics continues to masquerade the Kayano 19 as a serious support shoe for the flexible foot but the newest Kayano still favors cushioning and a nice upper over any legitimate attempt at moderate to maximum pronation control.

The Asics Gel-Lyte 33-2 is a a very good shoe that was engineered to help runners improve their running form. We're glad that Asics introduced a different take on the natural running debate.

Excellent all purpose stability shoe that runs well on both trails and asphalt and isn’t afraid to tackle adverse weather conditions. Probably best suited for cooler weather running.
