Brooks Ghost Running Shoes Reviews

The Ghost is mid-priced neutral running shoe from Brooks that is at ease both for long mileage training and some long distance racing. Universally praised for its balanced cushioning and comfortable upper fit is a great first choice for both beginners and experienced runners. At $120 MSRP is great value for what the shoe has to offer. It competes directly with shoes such as the Nike Pegasus. Of the other Brooks shoes, if you want a more responsive and faster shoe have a look at the Launch, while if you are looking for a more luxury, plush version take a look at the Glycerin.
