Adidas and Extra Butter pair up to launch the AlphaBounce Beyond.

The new running shoe is designed for athletes who require versatility, stability and comfort.

Adidas and Extra Butter have collaborated to release the new AlphaBounce Beyond Extra Butter running shoe, which launched on March 16th. The white and aero blue shoe will only be available at Extra Butter’s pop-up shop, located at 101 Stanton Street in New York, New York.

The sneaker and streetwear boutique will be hosting a launch celebration by offering complimentary services for runners over the month. The services for customers include live-streamed VO2 Max testing – a test that discovers how much oxygen a person can use during intense exercise – on a Woodway Treadmill and 20-minute NormaTech recovery leg compression sessions. The boutique will also pair with Adidas to put on a series of complimentary runs and yoga sessions.

The AlphaBounce Beyond, which features heel-to-toe cushioning, was inspired by VO2 Max training. The shoe was created for athletes whose sports require running – and being the best at it. Its design caters to versatile and multidirectional movement, and features a wider midsole, specific zones for added stability and a Continental rubber outsole, which provides the runner with more traction on various surfaces.

The shoe will be available at the pop-up store, which is located one block away from the Extra Butter store at 125 Orchard Street, from March 16th-March 30th. Visit shop.extrabutterny.com or adidas.com for more information.
