New Balance is releasing an entire collection, and it’s not just running shoes. This comes before the 2018 TCS New York City Marathon. Included in this collection are t-shirts, which start at $30, and limited edition Marathon Gore-Tex Shell Jackets that will set you back $450.

Over 50,000 participants from 100 countries take part in the New York Marathon.
New Balance’s Executive Vice President, Deidre Fitzgerald, said

“The collection features a graphic print, inspired by an aerial image of the starting line, that acts as our mosaic across various pieces in the line. Fashion and technology come together again this year giving runners and spectators alike in the best innovative footwear and apparel.”

2018 TCS New York City Marathon Special Edition Shoes

New Balance is also showcasing a new technology for this collection, which is called NB Radiant Heat. The fabrics are treated with a plasma process to reflect heat back to the body. In addition to the heat collection, New Balance will have new additions to the NB Ice line.

New and updated versions of running shoes are also available for the marathon. Specifically, the FuelCell Impulse, 1400v6, 860v9, and Fresh Foam 1080v8 are available for this event. Here is a quick overview of the shoes and updates:

About the 2018 TCS NYC Marathon

The TCS New York City Marathon is the largest marathon in the world. Runners of all ages and abilities attend the event.
