What is Mizuno Enerzy?

Enerzy is a new technology that Mizuno is calling “revolutionary”. It was designed to deliver a higher level of energy return and softness than any of their current foams.

Mizuno Enerzy

Mizuno Enerzy Foam is a midsole foam that is 17% softer and delivers 15% more energy return than previous Mizuno midsoles. It is also more durable and will be used as the outer “shell” of the midsole.

Mizuno Enerzy Core

Enerzy Core is the softest and bounciest midsole foam Mizuno has ever created. Mizuno claims it is 293% softer and provides 56% more energy return than any previously used material. Enerzy Core will be used inside the midsole of the shoe.

Mizuno Enerzy Concept Shoe

Mizuno was so excited about their new technology that they created this radical looking concept shoe to symbolise and celebrate their discovery of the Enerzy material. Unfortunately, it is not available for sale.

When Will Mizuno Enerzy Shoes Be Available?

Over the next weeks, Mizuno will be launching running and indoor products which will be equipped with Mizuno Enerzy. The first Enerzy shoe will be launched on July 15 with the second one coming out on August 1st.
