New Asics Novablast Wears Trampoline Design, Cushions More Response Underfoot

Asics added another pair to its line-up of performance running shoes with the launch of Asics Novablast.

The midsole design of the Novablast takes inspiration from a trampoline, letting wearers perform side-by-side strides, helping them find an ideal rhythm while running. The new Asics Novablast also comes with what Asics calls a Flytefoam Blast to give the shoe a responsive and soft feeling underfoot.

The shoe weighs 9.2ozs and comes with a heel drop of 10mm. It also wears reflective details to provide better visibility in low-light conditions. It comes with an upper fabric to keep things cool during the run. Asics is using their Aharplus rubber which comes with more resistance, better durability, and traction.

Novablast cushions

The Novablast comes with Rearfoot Gel Technology cushioning system which disperses shock during impact phase.

Novablast fits well for long-distance runners as it’s higher off the ground and promotes lasting comfort over long distances. The cushioning and heel drop is aimed at making the shoe durable. Novablast comes with a unique cushioning system which reduces the shock during the impact phase, allowing for a smoother transition between running stances.

The new Asics is available globally for men and women and can be purchased from retail, online stores, and specialist running outlets.

Novablast will hit the shelves with the likes of DynaFlyte 4, Gen Nimbus 22, and Gel Pursue 5.

It’s out! You can find a pair at Running Warehouse!
